Walt Disney World

Guests can now make reservations to ride for visits on or after February 19, 2020. This attraction and Slinky Dog Dash are now classified as Tier 1 FastPasses, meaning you can only make reservations for one or the other when planning your daily three FastPasses.
Three new films have made their debut at Epcot over the past month, as part of the park’s ongoing transformation. “Awesome Planet,” showing in The Land pavilion, explores the dynamic story of Earth. “Canada Far and Wide in Circle-Vision 360” in the Canada pavilion is an update to the previous “O Canada!” film, narrated by Catherine O’Hara and Eugene Levy.
New concept art has been shared for the M&M’s experiential store coming to Disney Springs, moving from its current location at The Florida Mall. Construction on the new location is expected to begin immediately, and a grand opening date is expected for some time this year.
The Pirates League makeover experience at the Magic Kingdom is closing this summer, after nearly 11 years of operation. This experience offers guests ages 3 and up the chance to transform into a pirate or mermaid through makeup application, accessories, and more. Guests can continue to make reservations for a pirate transformation through July 27. After that, the location will permanently close.
A sneak peek at Disney and Pixar’s “Onward” is coming to the Walt Disney Presents attraction at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Starting February 7, guests will see a special look at the upcoming film starring Tom Holland and Chris Pratt.
Tickets are now on sale for Disney H2O Glow Nights at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon for this year. Inspired by the Toy Story Toon “Partysaurus Rex,” this after-hours event will take place on select nights from May 27 – August 29, 2020. Tickets are currently priced at $65 for adults and $60 for children.
Super Nintendo World was officially confirmed to be coming to Universal Orlando’s new fourth gate, Universal’s Epic Universe. This is the first confirmed land for the new park, which opens in 2023. Super Nintendo World will first open at Universal Studios Japan this summer, just before the Olympics take place in Tokyo.
Universal’s Mardi Gras celebration has officially begun for 2020, and this year’s event is jam-packed with musical performances you won’t want to miss, delicious food, and of course, plenty of beads to catch. This year’s parade theme is “Treasures of the Deep,” with six new floats. You can experience the event for yourself now through April 2.
Confisco Grille at Universal’s Islands of Adventure has debuted a new menu filled with dishes inspired by flavors from around the world. The new menu features a mix of cuisines from Asia, Turkey, Greece, Russia, Poland, and more. Jason Glus, the new Executive Chef of Universal’s Islands of Adventure, and his team created the new menu by taking inspiration from the original story of the restaurant being a resting spot for travelers making their way through the Port of Entry.
SeaWorld Orlando’s Seven Seas Food Festival returns on February 7, and this year, the event will also be offered on Fridays, giving guests even more time to try over 180 international street food offerings. In addition to the food, guests can enjoy live entertainment every Saturday and Sunday at Bayside Stadium, all included with theme park admission.
Busch Gardens Tampa
On weekends through February 16, guests can join their favorite Sesame Street pals for the return of Sesame Street Safari of Fun Kids’ Weekends at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. This time, the event is all about pirates, with plenty of activities and photo-ops to match the theme. Sesame Street Safari of Fun Kids’ Weekends is included with regular theme park admission, and will be held from 11:30 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
