INGREDIENTS: ½ cup diced asparagus ½ cup English peas 1 red pepper, roasted (we suggest using peppers from a jar) Chopped fresh basil ¼ cup heavy cream 2 Tbs. Caribbean jerk seasoning (store bought or homemade) Linguini pasta Fresh shrimp
Add a tablespoon of butter and oil to a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and let cook for about a minute. Then add diced asparagus, English peas, and roasted red pepper, stirring continuously. Increase heat and add chopped basil and a dash of white wine. Toss shrimp until fully cooked. Add two tablespoons of Caribbean jerk seasoning the heavy cream, stirring frequently. Finally stir in cooked linguini and serve.
