Nathaniel O’Donnell with his daughters Bria and Regan, along with Yesi Olvera (Sea Turtle Monitor), and John Lafakis with the first sea turtle nest located in the South end of the beach.

According to Sea Turtle Monitor Olvera, it is very important to cover up holes, knock down sand castles and dispose of trash when visiting the beach. From 9 PM to 7 AM, please keep the beach dark and shield all point sources of light visible from the beach during sea turtle season.
