This year’s keynote speaker is William J. DeMeo, PhD. Developmental Psychologist. The topic is: Challenging Behaviors: “What to Do When Nothing Else Works!” This dynamic and engaging workshop has been designed to provide practical and effective strategies that can be easily used by educators, as well as parents, focusing on hitting, biting, pulling hair, screaming, tantrums and defiance solutions.

Dr. DeMeo said, “My sincere wish is to provide a beacon of hope to both educators and families who are feeling lost or frustrated on a daily basis as they interact with children who exhibit disruptive behaviors. Many educators struggle with children who have challenging behaviors. I would like to be considered a resource for families and educational professionals so that together we can help children succeed and develop to their fullest potential.”
