Randall Kenneth Jones’s positive, humorous spin on personal and professional development can take on a variety of shapes including editorials, public speaking, and spontaneous tete-a-tetes such as his recent impromptu chat with Governor Mitt Romney.

However, Jones’s goal with each endeavor is the lively exploration of professional courtesy as it relates to positive communication and creative thinking all presented under the tutorial umbrella of “The Importance of Importance.”

According to Jones, “My message is quite simple: everyone wants to feel important and respected in the workplace, but, as a society, we’re losing sight of the fact that we only gain respect by providing it first. Plus, I honestly feel courtesy, creativity, and positive interactions are the only way to guarantee ongoing success.”

Jones will bring his unique blend of humor and coaching to the Southwest Florida business community in “The Importance of Importance” on Thursday, June 14 from 2PM to 4PM at Clive Daniel Home, 2777 Tamiami Trail North in Naples. Admission is free.
