The Rotary Club of Marco Island Noontime inducted Pamela Rivard, Vice President/Branch Manager of Iberia Bank, as our newest member on December 17th.
Pamela was born in Ethiopia but moved throughout the world as an “Army Brat.” Since 1970, however, she has called Naples her home.
Pamela’s banking career started 35 years ago, all in Naples and Marco Island. She has 20 years of commercial lending background and now serves as Vice President and Branch Manager for both the Marco Island and Downtown Naples Branches of Iberia Bank
Family is very important to Pamela. She and her husband, Brian, have been married for 27 years and are parents of Lauren, age 18 and Eric, age 16. Her parents reside near St. Augustine, Florida, so if she is not zooming with them, she is able to see them occasionally. We were delighted that her parents zoomed with all of us at the Rotary meeting so that they could see their daughter being formally inducted.
Pamela’s community volunteer work includes the Boys and Girls Clubs of Collier County, Youth of the Year judge the past 2 years, Certified Volunteer for missing and exploited children, Board Member of HELP (Housing, Education, Lending Program and Marco Island Academy involvement. Pamela’s gift of reaching out to others matches the Rotary motto perfectly, “Service Above Self.” We are honored to welcome Pamela to our Rotary family.
