Kristina Lambros, one of the Marco Island Board of Realtors’ top producers, is returning to Keller Williams Realty in Marco Island.
“We’re thrilled to have Kristina join the Keller Williams family,” said Dale Suslick, CEO and team leader of Keller Williams Marco Island. “Kristina has an impressive sales record and outstanding commitment to customer service. Having Kristina join our dynamic team is a huge win for us.”
Lambros is a licensed Realtor with the Marco Island and Naples Board of Realtors. She is currently ranked in the top 10 percent of Marco Island Realtors.
“I joined Keller Williams because I believe in the organization’s culture and system,” said Lambros. “I worked for Keller Williams prior to joining RE/MAX, so it’s like coming home. I realized the resources I received from KW are like none other. To take my business to the next level I need to offer my team the same incredible tools and training.”
A native of Warwick, New York, Lambros earned a bachelor of arts in international studies with a minor in communications from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. As part of her degree program, she spent two years in Greece and Italy as a foreign exchange student.
That overseas experience and interactions with foreign buyers led her to pursue a designation with Keller Williams’ Global Property Specialist Program (GPS) which she intends on renewing with KW.
“The GPS designation has been incredibly helpful in attracting clients and closing sales. With the high ratio of international buyers in our market, it’s become a must-have tool in my toolbox. I plan on renewing this designation upon my return,” said Lambros.
She holds additional certifications as a Social Media Marketing Expert and Listing to Leads Expert.
Lambros lives on Marco Island and is very active in the community. She is also a founder and board member for the local networking group on the island, “ConnectivityMe.”
