On March 11, Keller Williams Realty celebrated the grand opening of their new office facilities on Marco Island. On March 12, they held an awards banquet for achieving first place from the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors for 2014. It was their fourth win in a row – a grand slam. It was a busy two days. Grand Opening What was once nine individual office suites, is now one cohesive 8,000 square foot facility at 830 Bald Eagle Drive. “We wanted to create a place that would reflect our values of teamwork, education and agent-centered relationships,” said Alan Rice, operating principal of Keller Williams Marco Island. “We now have a cafe of services in one location where agents can share information, conduct business and really grow as professionals. All of this translates to a greatly enhanced experience for all our clients.” Anisia Gifford, owner of Anisia Gifford Interiors, developed the plans and Jim Moyer, owner of Florida Built Right Construction, Inc., did the construction work. The team overcame many challenges to create a unique space which now serves as a daily base of operations for almost 60 realtors.

Keller Williams has 107 total agents working in the Marco area. Some of the features of this new space include a training facility, tech center, meeting area with food and beverage availability, and spacious conference room. There are also individual and team offices, in-house mortgage company (Marketplace Home Mortgage) and title company (Title Alliance of Collier County). Education and training is at the core of Keller Williams’ philosophy. “We provide training above and beyond the state required courses,” says Alan Rice. “This helps all of us to better educate and inform our clients as they work with us.”
