Marco Island City Council election results saw Erik Brechnitz, Sam Young and Victor Rios receiving the top votes to win the three open council seats.
Out of the 23,592 total votes reported, Erik Brechnitz received nearly a quarter of all of the votes (24.86% of the vote, 5,864 votes).
The second highest votes received were by Sam Young, who received 21.65% (5,108 votes). Incumbent Victor Rios came in third with 18.71% of the votes (4,414 votes).
Jerry Swiacki received 17.67% of the votes (4,169 votes), and Jim Richards 17.11% (4,037).
