The Bob Zottola Jazz Trio will be performing at the Marco Island Center for the Arts on January 24, 2016 at 4 PM, as part of the Center’s Intimate Concert Series.
Bob Zottola is well known to jazz musicians and fans in Southwest Florida. Zottola has played with many musical legends including Benny Goodman, Peggy Lee, Frank Sinatra and Chick Corea. He lets music happen, which is how he explains, “the best jazz is made.” He never even suggests how one of his talented sidemen should play, with each given ample solo space.
The Center for the Arts is a small venue, which will allow everyone an “up close and personal” experience. In the words of Executive Director Hyla Crane, “Should be a great way to kick off a musical new year. Bob Zottola is a jazz legend.”
Tickets are $25 and may be purchased at the Marco Island Center for the Arts, 1010 Winterberry Drive, Marco Island from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, or by calling 239-394-4221, or online at www.marcoislandart.org. Remaining tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.
