WCI Communities has started construction on the clubhouse at Artesia Naples, WCI’s 261-acre master-planned community centrally located between Marco Island beaches and Fifth Avenue South in Naples.
Scheduled for completion in Spring 2015, the 9,215-square-foot clubhouse is nestled along the community’s 20-acre central lake and will offer a theater, club room, billiards table, craft and card rooms, and a fitness center with aerobics studio. It will have 11,845 total square feet, with shaded outdoor seating areas and expansive sun decks around the resort-inspired pool, which will offer a beach entry and dedicated lap lanes.
The clubhouse’s three-acre campus also will offer a dog park, event lawn, and multi-use racquet sports court.
With 111 of its 261 acres set aside for nature preserves and lakes, Artesia Naples is planned for only 600 condominium and single-family homes, many of which will be just a quick walk to the community’s clubhouse.
WCI is offering 18 multi- and single-family home designs plus the final six American Bungalows, now under construction.
WCI is offering eight Grand Villa home designs with one and two stories, two and three bedrooms, and 1,849 to 3,275 square feet.
Three home designs are available in Artesia Naples’ 30-home Garden Villa neighborhood. The two-story homes feature three bedrooms, courtyards, balconies and 2,115 to more than 2,400 square feet of living space.
The first Villa neighborhood will offer 14 homesites for its two-bedroom homes. Versatile Villa designs feature flex spaces and dens within 1,572 to 1,916 square feet of interior space.
Most of the community’s new Mansion condominiums will overlook the central lake. Planned for 23 buildings that resemble large estate homes, the neighborhood offers three two-story homes in mid-rise buildings. Mansions feature two- and three-bedroom designs within 1,056 to 1,526 square feet.
WCI also has started construction of Artesia Naples’ final six American Bungalows and is presenting a limited opportunity to purchase a finished home with interior selections chosen by WCI’s Design Center consultants. Slated for completion in early 2015, the Bungalows feature three bedrooms all located on the second floor, and offer 1,564 to 1,987 square feet of living space. The homes include dens and two-car garages and provide extended views from the great room out to the lanai.
Artesia Naples borders Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, a popular destination for bird watching, canoeing and kayaking.
