Inez’ art expresses her love of life and the beauty that surrounds us, in all its glorious detail. She grew up in Michigan, in a large, boisterous family, where “quiet time” was found by creating. Basically a self-taught artist, her love of drawing was influenced by the changes of the seasons – winter’s frosty pictures on windows; fall’s rainbow of colors; spring’s bounty of blooms; summer skies that created shapes of animals, and always beautiful color! Serving on the Board of Directors of the Art League Marco Island’s Center for the Arts, she is also a member of MIFA, the Naples Art Association/Von Liebig, Art League of Bonita Springs, Oil Painters of America and The International Guild of Realism. Her painting was a finalist for N Magazine’s “Enny Award” and she is a recent winner of the Poster Competition for the Naples National Art Festival. She participates in wet paint events in Naples and Marco Island. Her work is in many private collections.
