Arlington of Naples Unveils Design Plans

On February 7th, The Arlington of Naples held a press conference at Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve to announce recent milestones, architectural plans and its goals for 2013.

The 39-acre property is a Continuing Care Retirement Community sponsored by Lutheran Life Communities. The faith-based organization does welcome people of all faiths, beliefs and traditions but bases its care on the love and compassion of Christ.

According to the Arlington’s website, “Nestled in a setting of tropical beauty, The Arlington will be private and secure, but also an integral member of the diverse neighborhoods of Lely Resort. This unique connection creates the opportunity to be part of a truly intergenerational community.”

Residents will also have easy access to Collier County’s South Regional Library which is located directly across the street from The Arlington’s entrance.

The press conference touched on these aspects but also introduced some members of the Arlington Development Team. Co-Developers are Lutheran Life Communities of Arlington Heights, Illinois, and CRSA of Memphis, Tennessee which will also act as Sales Consultant. Hoffman LLC, of Appleton, Wisconsin is the Design Architect while Kipp Flores Architects of Austin, Texas will work on Villa architecture. Production Architect is SFCS of Charlotte, North Carolina and Roanoke, Virginia. Merlino Design, Inc. of Orlando will work on interior design and RVI of Austin and Houston, Texas will be in charge of landscape design. WilsonMiller of Naples is the Civil Engineer for the project.

Photos and renderings of the property – inside and out – were shared and described by the development team.

Contracting services for The Arlington will be a joint venture of W.G. Yates & Sons Construction Company of Biloxi, Mississippi and Gates Builders of Naples.

The Arlington community will create 220 new jobs in Collier County once it has reached its goal of 75% of properties sold. The Arlington is currently 21 units away from that goal.
