April Speakers for Caxambas Republican Club

The Caxambas Republican Club of Southwest Florida will be hosting their April speakers on April 24, 2018 at the Marco Island Center for the Arts, 1010 Winterberry Drive from 5:30 to 7 PM. The lineup will include Jennifer Edwards, Supervisor of Elections of Collier County and Ross Spano, a candidate for Attorney General of Florida. Please join us for an informative evening. The event is open to the public.

Jennifer Edwards

Jennifer is a State Certified Supervisor of Elections and was awarded her Master Florida Certified Elections Professional (MFCEP) designation from the Florida State Association of Supervisors of Elections (FSASE), as well as a Certified Elections Registration Administrator (CERA) designation from the Elections Center. Jennifer was also awarded a Chancellors Certificate in Public Administration from the International Association of Clerks, Recorders, Election Officials and Treasurers (IACREOT). Jennifer has served as the Treasurer, Secretary, President Elect, President, and Past President of the Florida State Association of Supervisors of Elections (FSASE). In 2006, Jennifer was selected as one of American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) Women in History. Jennifer has served on several boards throughout Collier County, including the United Way of Collier County’s Board, and is currently a member of Leadership Collier, the League of Women Voters, and the Marco Island Kiwanis Club. Jennifer is a resident of Marco Island and a graduate of the Leadership Collier and the Leadership Marco programs.

Ross Spano

Ross Spano is a candidate for Attorney General of Florida. Ross is a managing partner of Spano & Woody, P.A. in Riverview, and more importantly, loving husband to Amie and father to their four kids: Kali, Vincent, Caleb and Isaiah. He has a passion for his faith and is a member of Bell Shoals Baptist Church. As the next Attorney General, Ross will fight diligently to keep Florida safe. He will always fight to uphold the rule of law because he believes the Constitution is the highest legal authority. Legislative leadership roles are: Chair, Criminal Justice Subcommittee; Children, Families and Seniors Subcommittee; Judicial Committee; Justice Appropriations Subcommittee, Pre K-12 Innovation Subcommittee; Member of the Federal Judicial Nominating Commission; and Chairman of the Florida Human Trafficking Working Group. Ross Spano is pro-business, pro-life, pro-traditional family values, and pro-Second Amendment.
